CelData™
CelData™ allows
you to prepare and edit geographical databases. CelData™ provides
the capability of generating and editing terrain and morphology databases
through the use of digitization tablets (with geo-referenced paper
maps) or through the use of a regular mouse with scanned map images
presented as a reference in the background.
CelData™ system
runs on Windows, on a PC platform. CelData™ lets
you digitize and modify terrain and morphology either through digitization
stations (tablets) or by editing directly from the screen, using
scanned maps as a reference. The maps can be digitized in any resolution.
The system can open topography and morphology files individually,
and, if necessary, change any kind of data, such as, a specific point
terrain altitude, morphology terrain type, or morphology height.
CelData™ allows
the user to import and export many database formats and offers the
following viewing representations:
- Full-color (with
automatic ranging)
- Shades of gray
(with automatic ranging)
- Shadows for
global visualization
- Three-dimensional,
with scalable vertical representation and animation
- Profiles of
terrain and morphology
