This 3-day advanced course and certification is designed for engineers and technical staff who are knowledgeable and have some exposure to the LTE technology. Those with no LTE exposure, or that are not in a technical or engineering role, should first consider attending another LTE Forum course as a prerequisite. The boot camp covers all of the necessary topics and steps to prepare students to take the LTE Network Planning & Optimization certification exam.

Engineers and technical staff who are planning a LTE deployment, or expanding & optimizing an existing network will acquire enhanced skills to complete these tasks. The course consists of three main parts

• Module A (Day 1) - Wireless Communications Fundamental Principles
• Module B (Day 2) - Understanding the LTE Technology
• Module C (Day 3) - Market Modeling & The 50 steps of an LTE Design
• Module D (Day 3) - LTE CelPlan Certification Exam
  

All information provided in the class is derived from real experience on LTE projects and deployments. The instructor is an experienced LTE RF engineer that has designed and optimized networks around the globe. The materials provided are based upon this experience and by the development of industry leading planning & optimization tools.
