This 3-day advanced course and certification is designed for engineers and technical staff who are knowledgeable and have some exposure to the WiMAX technology. Those with no WiMAX exposure, or that are not in a technical or engineering role, should first consider attending another WiMAX Forum course as a prerequisite. The boot camp covers all of the necessary topics and steps to prepare students to take the WiMAX Forum Network Designer certification exam.

Engineers and technical staff who are planning a WiMAX deployment, or expanding & optimizing an existing network will acquire enhanced skills to complete these tasks. The course consists of three main parts

- Detailed Technology Overview (Part A)
- Master Design Plan (Part B)
- 50 Step Design Process (Part C)

All information provided in the class is derived from real experience on WiMAX projects and deployments. The instructor is an experienced WiMAX RF engineer that has designed and optimized networks around the globe. The materials provided are based upon this experience and by the development of industry leading planning & optimization tools.

Upon certification completion, students will be among a select group of technical professionals in the industry recognized by the WiMAX Forum.
