Yesterday the CelPlan Academy webnar took place in partnership with the USTDA (United States Trade and Development Agency)!
The theme of the event was “Sponsorship Opportunities for Technical Assistance and Feasibility Studies with the United States Trade and Development Agency (USTDA)”, with the presence of special guests who contributed to further enrich the webinar.
USTDA helps companies create opportunities by exporting US goods and services for priority infrastructure projects in emerging economies. USTDA links US companies to export opportunities by funding project preparation and partnership building activities that develop sustainable infrastructure and promote economic growth in partner countries.
The CelPlan Academy is an initiative by CelPlan International to bring agnostic knowledge to its employees, customers and partners, with discussions of the most varied subjects possible in order to encourage continuous learning, focusing on innovative solutions.
One of the main guests was Rodrigo Mota, USTDA representative in Brazil, Latin America and the Caribbean, who explained about USTDA sponsorship projects in the region, in particular how to obtain grant funding from the American government to seek technical solutions to problems that companies face, but may not have the financial availability at the moment to hire a high-level Consultancy. The US government has funds available for this without any counterpart requirements.
